Control valve (Control valve) is composed of two main assemblies: valve body assembly and actuator assembly (or actuator system), divided into four series: single-seat series control valve, double-seat series control valve, sleeve Series control valves, and self-operated series control valves. Variations of the four types of valves can lead to many different applicable structures, each with its own special applications, characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages. Although some control valves have wider application conditions than other valves, control valves cannot be suitable for all operating conditions to jointly build the best solution to enhance performance and reduce costs.
There are many types of valve bodies for regulating valves. Commonly used are straight-through single-seat, straight-through double-seat, angle, diaphragm, small flow, three-way, eccentric rotation, butterfly, sleeve, spherical, etc. In the specific selection, the following considerations can be made:
1. It is mainly considered based on the selected flow characteristics and unbalanced force and other factors.
2. When the fluid medium is a suspension containing a high concentration of abrasive particles, the internal material of the valve should be hard.
3. As the medium is corrosive, try to choose a valve with a simple structure.
4. When the temperature and pressure of the medium are high and the changes are large, the valve core and valve seat materials should be selected with small changes in temperature and pressure.
5. Flashing and cavitation only occur in liquid media. In the actual production process, flashing and cavitation will cause vibration and noise, which will shorten the service life of the valve. Therefore, the valve should be prevented from flashing and cavitation when selecting the valve.
Single Seat Control Valve
Product Advantage
Single seated valve: Small leakage, easy to achieve strict sealing and cutting, for example, can be used metal to metal hard seal, or metal and PTFE or other composite materials soft seal, the standard leakage of 0.0 L % C(C is the rated flow coefficient).
