The flow regime of the high-temperature water at the pump inlet is adjusted through the pressure stabilization system and cavitation elimination device, so that the high-temperature condensate at the pump inlet is always in a single-phase micro-subcooling state, so as to eliminate the cause of cavitation in the pump. The condensate and secondary steam are completely recovered in a closed manner.
