The desuperheating and decompression device must be purged before use to remove dirt and debris inside the piping system. The purging measures should be approved and comply with the relevant technical and safety specifications. The steam pipeline part is flushed with steam not higher than the steam pressure at the outlet of the desuperheating and decompression device; the desuperheating water part of the pipeline system is cleaned with water not higher than the desuperheating water pressure. The pipeline must be preheated and drained before purging.
In order to prevent the dirt and sundries from entering the desuperheating and pressure reducing valve (or pressure reducing valve) when the steam pipeline is purged, the purging should be carried out in stages. First, flush the pipeline in front of the desuperheating and decompression device for more than two times. After confirming that it is clean, turn on the desuperheating and decompression valve (or decompression valve). Then, flush the device and the pipeline behind it for more than two times. At this time, the desuperheating and pressure reducing valve (or pressure reducing valve) should be fully opened, pay attention to the purging pressure, and use the cut-off valve in front of the device to control the pressure when appropriate to prevent the safety valve from jumping. At the same time, check whether the temperature reducing and pressure reducing valve (or pressure reducing valve) is stuck and deal with it in time. If possible, remove the safety valve and replace it with a blind plate.
The cleaning of the water supply system of the device should also be carried out in stages. If a water supply throttling device is installed, the water supply pipeline in front of the throttling device should be cleaned first, and the water supply pipeline should be cleaned twice or more. Small holes in the flow ring. Then, clean the throttling device and the pipeline behind it for more than two times. At this time, the water supply regulating valve, stop valve and throttle valve must be fully opened. If there is no throttling device, it can be cleaned directly. When cleaning, the inlet flange of the water supply pipe flange connected with the temperature reducing and pressure reducing valve or the flange at the inlet of the nozzle of the mixing pipe should not be connected, so that the cleaning water can be directly discharged from the flange to avoid dirt and debris from blocking the spray. water hole.
