1. Surface type: It is generally a shell with a tube bundle in it. The tube bundle is made of steel pipes or brass tubes. The power plant is generally water or steam. One fluid flows through the shell, and another fluid flows through the tube bundle. In the data, the former is called 'shell side' and the latter is called 'tube side'. There is a temperature difference between the fluid on the tube side and the shell side, that is, the tube wall of the tube bundle and the fluid temperature inside and outside is different. , By virtue of the good thermal conductivity of the pipe wall, it is transferred from the high-temperature side to the low-temperature side to achieve the purpose of reducing the temperature of the relatively high-temperature fluid.


2. It is a mixed type: it uses a pressure higher than that of the fluid to be desuperheated. Generally, pure water is directly sprayed into the fluid to be desuperheated to be mixed together to achieve the purpose of desuperheating.


The principle of decompression is generally the method of throttling, that is, installing a regulating door on the pipeline, and adjusting the opening degree of the door according to the pressure required after decompression. for decompression purposes.

Some desuperheaters and decompressors have a certain distance from the decompression and decompression devices, and the appearance looks very clear, while some set the decompression and decompression together. Note that no matter what kind, it is decompressed first and then decompressed.
