MHP Series Forged Regulating Valve is an advanced product developed by Hangzhou Meiya to meet higher pressure (LB) operating conditions, with a max pressure rating of 2500 LB.
The standard valve cage has a multi-hole structure, which featuring outstanding strength and excellent vibration resistance performance.
The pressure reducing valve body is fully forged, demonstrating significantly superior mechanical properties compared to cast steel valves-including tensile strength, yield strength, and hardness.
The pressure-reducing valve employs a dual-disc structure (main disc and pilot disc). During closuring, the main disc seats first on the valve seat by gravity before the pilot disc, converting medium's pressure into force on sealing surface of the main disc. During opening, since the sealing surface of the pilot valve core is much smaller than the main valve core, the output force of the actuator is greatly reduced.
