The cage type control valve is a pressure balance type regulating valve. The inner parts of the valve are sleeve oriented pilot spool. It mainly uses the pressure of the fluid to realize the rapid action of the spool and the operation force is small. In addition, the sealing type adopts single seat sealing, high precision flow characteristic curve, in line with IEC534-1 standard. Regulating valve dynamic stability, low noise, air defense, suitable for the control of various temperatures of high pressure fluid difference. With multi spring film actuator or electric actuator, the structure is compact and the output force is large.

Product Structure
The cage type control valve with the structure of the valve cage is widely used because of its advantages of simple maintenance and changing the valve seat to change the flow characteristics of the valve.In order to reduce the influence of unbalanced force on the spool, a large thrust actuator can be used, a straight-through two-seat valve structure can also be used to balance the spool valve cage structure. Graphite-lubricated sliding piston ring is used between the upper part of the spool and the cylinder body of the valve cage for sealing between the spool and the valve cage.Between the valve cage and the upper valve cover, bonnet gasket and screw gasket are also used for sealing to ensure that the upstream high pressure fluid will not enter the downstream low pressure chamber.In addition, the fluid through the top of the spool balance connection hole, at the same time acting on the bottom and top of the spool, eliminate most of the static unbalanced force, and has a certain damping effect, reduce the influence of fluid flow caused by vibration and other disturbances.
