Product Structure
Single seat control valve, through the single seat regulator has a spool and a valve seat. The valve stem is connected with the valve core. When the actuator makes a linear displacement, the valve core is moved by the valve stem. The upper cover plate is used for pressing the packing, and the upper cover is bolted to the valve body for the center positioning of the stem and spool.The valve seat and the upper valve cover are used to ensure that the center of the valve core and the valve seat is fixed, and when the valve core moves, the flow area of the fluid is changed, so as to change the operating variables and realize the function of regulating the flow of the fluid.The spool in the figure is guided by top. Some straight through single seat control valves use top - bottom guidance, improve the accuracy of guidance.Some small flow through control valves often use seat guiding mode.Straight through single seat control valve has only one spool and a valve seat, is one of the most common control valves.
