Product Introduction
Venturi type desuperheater is to atomize cooling water by spraying high speed and high temperature steam. The cooling water entering the device is preheated in the circulation chamber located at the inlet of the internal venturi tube, and then enters the secondary venturi tube through a series of specially designed nozzles and is atomized by steam to achieve the temperature reduction effect.

Product Structure
The high temperature steam is introduced into the venturi type desuperheater from the inlet end of the desuperheater, and the water is sprayed into the throat nozzle of the churi tube to form mist water droplets and the high-speed steam flow to be fully mixed, and through a certain length of sleeve, the desuperheater is led out from the other end.
The water thus injected absorbs the heat of the superheated steam and turns into steam, lowering the steam temperature.
Due to the high quality requirements of desuperheater, some boilers use self-made condensate water as the source of desuperheater.
But the quality of modern high parameter boiler feed water is very high, so the boiler feed water is widely used as the temperature reduction water source, which greatly reduces the equipment system.
